A spa technician will perform a visual examination and testing to determine the problem. If a component is defective, it can be replaced or repaired. Once the source of the problem has been identified, the technician will make the necessary corrections to resolve the issue. This can include adding chemicals, draining and refilling the spa, inspecting filters and heating and cooling systems, detecting an electrical or motor malfunction and much more. Finally, once the repair is complete, the technician inspects all systems to ensure that they are working properly before allowing it to be used by customers.
